Shoveling Out

If you haven’t heard, the entire northeast got pounded with a massive blizzard over this past weekend. Here in Milton we got over two feet of snow and had two unplanned days off from school. When we went to bed Thursday, the quad was empty, but when we finally came out after the storm on Saturday morning, let’s just say that you were not going outside without boots on. My Long Weekend

After this weekend, we are now in the middle of one of the longest stretches of uninterrupted school.  This past three-day weekend was pretty typical of what I usually do around here. After football practice on Friday, the entire football team, as we always do, went out to Wendy’s. Fast food is not the ideal pre-game meal, but the Milton football team has been going every week for something like twenty years.
