The week that leads up to Pep Rally is spirit week. Each day, Upper School students dress up in different outfits for the different days of the week to prepare for the big weekend of games. This year, Monday was Groutfit Day, a grey sweatshirt with grey sweatpants. Tuesday was Twin Day, so different pairs of students wear the same outfits. Wednesday was mix-match day, which is when people wear different patterns that clash like stripes and plaid. Thursday was ugly sweater day, and Friday, the day of pep rally, was Orange and Blue Day.

The whole school, K-12, comes to the gym in the morning to get fired up for the weekend games. Every year, the pep rally consists of a performance from the Step Team, a relay race, and other fun activities led by senior student hosts. The event unites the whole school and allows everyone to get involved. The energy in the room gets all the athletes ready for their games and everyone else in the Milton spirit to cheer them on.

Milton is incredibly supportive in all aspects of the school, whether it be for athletics, academics, or arts. Pep rally is just one way that shows how much the Milton community cares for each other.
